2.1 The Committee agreed to recommend to the Llywydd that the new form be adopted.

2.2. The Committee agreed that Table Office should roll out the new form to Members in September.

2.3 The Committee also agreed that Table Office should look into the development of an electronic form for initial registrations at the start of the Seventh Senedd.
